This is a small home in the Bel Air District of Tiburon. The client’s needs are for a garage (now there is no garage), a comfortable master bedroom and bath (now the master bedroom is very small and has no master bath), a great room by the kitchen (now there is small living room off the kitchen), and generally updated home for the other bedrooms and bathrooms. This project consists of adding 610 square feet of living space, 469 square feet of garage space, and remodeling the rest of the house (1,571 square feet).
It has taken 9 months (so far) to get through design review and planning, and we plan on breaking ground in February 2017. Once we are underway, I will post the completion date and give regular updates. Stay Tuned!
