Fire Damage Home Restoration

Design Build Specialists restores a Novato home after a catastrophic fire.


Commercial Building Fire Remediation

When a bathroom fan caused a significant fire in this business, the business owner soon realized he needed a contractor who was a fire remediation specialist. Design Build Specialists not only handled all the damage restoration, but took over all dealings with the insurance company and the city permitting agencies, enabling the owner to focus on keeping his business going.


Mill Valley project. This fire was started by a child with a candle. $75,000 loss

We rebuilt this roof after it burned. This is a commercial building.

The client wanted the home to be rebuilt to "Earthy, Natural colors and comfortable."

Notice the change to vaulted ceiling.


This was a complete rebuild of garage and side workroom.

We rebuilt the entire top floor of this Fairfax home.

This carport and retaining wall had been burned by painter's rags that spontaneously combusted. We had to rebuild the entire carport and wall— a very complicated project.
